Hall Jr. was the Servant Pastor of Turning Point United Methodist Church where he seeks to make the Gospels relevant in the Urban Context. He currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Kingsbury Towers, an affordable and moderate income housing development in the City of Trenton. Rupert also serves on the Boards of Mercer Alliance to End Homelessness, The Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (T.A.S.K.) and The Makers Place. In service to the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, he currently serves on the Board of Trustees, the Caucus of the Black Methodists for Church Renewal and the Commission on Archives and History.
